We love Agusta Ranch Animal Hospital. We bring our two dogs there. We are snowbirds from Washington. We consider Dr. Hawley our vet and do our routine care here in Arizona. I have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone there at the clinic. Every encounter whether by phone or in person has been nothing but positive and helpful. I really appreciate the help everyone gives us.
My senior cat developed severe stomach issues and Christmas Eve day. I’ve been going to Augusta Ranch for over 15 years with my animals. I have always had excellent service. I was told there were no available appointments that day, but was provided locations to go to get my cat checked out. Within an hour, Augusta Ranch called me and had a cancellation. I was able to get in right away with my cat, and within 90 minutes we had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Dr. Dorothy De Dios-Miner, Ashley, Tanyse, and Cassie, were the heroes of the day. Vet was warm personable, knowledgeable and not looking to make money on me, truly believed she cared about the well being of my dog. Staff also nice
