Our AC died on a brutal 100°F day, and they had technician Adam at our house within 2 hours. Adam was absolutely outstanding - incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient despite working in scorching heat. I have had them out 4 times in the last four weeks. Even tho, I set my thermostat to 75 degrees when I'm gone, it was always over 95 when I get back from work. Finally had the thermostat replaced 3 days ago and we're still having issues. Reuben finally came out today and correctly diagnosed the problem and it looks like I'll be getting a new air conditioner. So my opinion is that they can be hit or miss with technicians, but thank God for guys like Reuben O.
