In the midst of overwhelming grief and rushed decision-making about where to take my beloved one once they pass, I can confidently say that I made the right choice by choosing Angels. Hospice provided me with a list of mortuaries, and I called two places based on my religious preferences. However, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy I received during my phone calls. Once I called Angels, I didn't need to make any other phone calls after that. Don provided me the comfort and reassurance during a difficult decision. From the time Owen picked up my dad from the hospital room with such gentle care and compassion, allowing me and my husband to walk behind him out to the van right to the time my mom and I met with Sandy to make the final arrangements, everyone was so kind. I'd be lying if I said any of this process was easy, but Sandy and staff did make everything seamless and smooth. Thank you all from the bottom of my broken heart for your assistance with my father--he wanted the simplest solution for us upon his death and you took excellent care of him.
