Chris was very nice, honest, informative, he came out quicker than anyone else (less than 1 hour after calling), and correctly diagnosed the problem, after some lazy dummy from Semper Fi Heating and Cooling came over, barely looked at it, MIS-diagnosed the problem, and wanted us to get a WHOLE NEW A/C UNIT. If I could give 10 stars I would. Our air went out 2:00 on a Sat afternoon in the middle of July. Thought I was going to be toast since it was on the weekend and very hot. Called Alan Air and HVAC tech Dean came out Sunday by noon. He replaced some wire's, capacitor, cleans the coils etc. A very personable and professional Tech and was finished with in an hour or so and shared some good info on AC as well as on quality air filters. Very much enjoyed his visit and glad I called Alan Air.
