Josh has been taking care of my wife's fitness, before and after her knee replacement, and doing a stellar job. My wife is motivated, Josh is very well qualified (degrees, certification, and experience) to take care of her and other 65+ people. Josh has a great positive attitude and focuses on the individual's needs. Bravo.

I started going to Age-Well three weeks ago, and I’m already noticing real improvements. My balance is better, and the stiffness and pain I had before are easing up.

Joshua took the time to do a very thorough assessment and explained what my body needed to get stronger and more balanced. He’s clearly very knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, and he’s been teaching me how to use proper form so I strengthen the right muscles without risking injury.

Hello I am very grateful to Joe and now Amy! I've been training with Age Well for over 3 years. I feel fortunate to have the best trainers in the state! They both have so much knowledge which I feel is so important. They also have a lot of knowledge on the nutritional aspects of working out.I'm so glad that Joe brought Amy to Age Well. She's amazing and I look forward to seeing every time I go there! I can't see myself anywhere other than right where I'm at. I highly recommend them for all of your fitness and nutritional needs!!
