They offer the widest variety of diagnostic services I have ever known. I have 2 insurance options for my eye care and they chose the one that offered the most services so I would pay less to them while getting more services. Their opticians are filled with knowledge and helped solve my biggest problem with my current glasses. The bridge was too wide on my glasses and they kept falling down when I was reading. I also mentioned that my glasses get cloudy often and they chose a different material to see if that would solve that problem. I look forward to getting my new glasses. Welcoming environment. Super friendly and helpful staff. The employee that assisted me in picking out a good pair of glasses was honest and helped me find a pair that fit my face best.

My family (husband, daughter and myself) went to Acuity for the first time for eye glasses, after moving from another part of the Valley. First of all, Dr Betsko and the eye glasses were great, but the "extra" customer service was their patience in aftercare, as I needed extra forms filled out for my employer. This involved 2 follow-up visits for multiple forms that needed to be filled out by Dr Betsko. The Acuity staff reviewed and prefilled some of the forms and the doctor filled in the technical items to finalize, working smoothly as a team. Acuity will be our permanent eye care provider.
