I'm so excited to find this little jewel of a cobbler shop! They answer the phone and are great about scheduling appointments. Nathaniel did an amazing job repairing a Northface backpack slide and zipper for me, as well as a Titleist travel golf bag that needed new handles. He even cleaned up the frayed edges. High quality craftsman. Gnome will be getting all of our business going forward and I'll be recommending to my people! Plus - I love the name!

Plus the handle was coming undone. I called he was able to look at it and get it in to repair right away. Was done within a few days and he even cleaned the learned leather!!
This is my 5th time returning, I wear heels every day to work and the heel caps wear out quickly. I recently moved and drove 2 hours to have him replace them as he’s the only one I trust now. Always quality work, he was transparent about the possibility that one pair may not be able to be repaired, he was able to fix them despite being a difficult job. He understands the material and values the quality of his work. He looks for possible issues that may happen down the road if not cared for properly. I’ll be continuing to use them until I retire my heels.
