I am an amputee and have a prosthetic for my left foot. I wear western boots and the left boot has to have a zipper put on the inside of the boot so I can get it on and off easily. Gnome's shoe repair did an excellent job. They used a real brass zipper not a cheap plastic zipper. Not only that they did it on a sunday. I dropped it off in the morning and got it back that afternoon. The quality of the work was exceptional. I will be contacting them soon to do other boots that I have. Great service! My boot heel had came off and I called they said stop by in 30 mins. Michael was very knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Rather than fixing my one boot, he took the initiative of repairing both heels and cleaning the entire boot. Whole process took under an hour and costed about 30 bucks in cash. Overall, very impressed with the service and would definitely come back.
