We have used Universal Roofing Specialist LLC before, and DeShawn has always done an excellent job. He is professional, reliable, shows up on time, and does quality work at a very fair price. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust when it comes to home repairs, but DeShawn is definitely someone we trust. We have been very happy with his work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing roofing work.
I just had Universal Roofing Specialists clean and check my tile roof. The tiles that were out of line were straightened and one cracked one replaced. I will definitely have them back after monsoon season
The last monsoon caused a leak and water was leaking through my soffit in my front eave. I emailed them on Sunday afternoon and they were there Monday morning to inspect. Later that day I received a proposal, which I thought was very reasonable and authorized them to proceed. They came on Friday and completed the job in about 3 hours. I'm keeping their information at hand for any future problems and probably a re-roofing in 5 o6 years.
They were very thorough professional, cleaned up after, showed pictures of their work before and after, and were affordable. I would definitely recommend! 2024
I just used them again in 2025 to fix another part of my roof and again they were amazing!
