First the website appointment scheduling and signing up process is easy. When I walked in the door the vibe was chill and comfortable. Locker rooms are nice, lockers were very convenient. They provide a weighted robe, which was very cozy and warm, and a pair of slip on sandals. Everything is clean and a amazing place to unwind. The masseuse, Patrick, made me feel comfortable and was very kind. His deep tissue massage was amazing. Well worth the price for a couple hours of pampering.

5 stars because Patrick , my massage therapist was that amazing. I get regular massages back home and Patrick is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. Great pressure and technique.

Facility is clean, but isn’t what I would consider a spa. They offer showers, but no tools to get ready after a shower (no brushes, blow dryers, ect) that other Caesars property spas have. All the waiting lounge had was room temperature water, no tea, coffee or cold water. Spa treatment is supposed to include access to the pool, which is currently closed and I wasn’t told about at booking. There were no saunas, steam rooms, ect that other spas have.

Daphne was a wonderful messeuse and it was one of the best head and neck messages I’ve had. She was quiet and professional. The only negative was the loud overhead announcements throughout my message calling drawing winners to present themselves within 5 minutes, then a 2 minute warning, followed by a follow up announcement of who won and how much. Very distracting when peace and quiet was expected, and the norm during a treatment.
