I use to love this place but lately it's impossible to feel welcomed. They are always in a rush and some don't do a good job at all. I had the guy that sits in the 1st station, my nails looked great but he was very rough when filing them down, he messed up on one & when I asked him to fix it he got mad & told me to go with someone I like and make an appointment. Next time I came he gave me the dirtiest look and didn't even greet me, nobody greeted me. I made an appointment and the nail tech wasn't even aware, she was really sweet and told me to come back but I never did. I went somewhere else and don't think I'll ever go back.

JOE(chair 2) & TINA(chair 3) Best tech at this salon hands down.. Their work alone is five+stars.. The reason for the 2 stars. The manager herself can be very rude to the techs and the clients She yells at the tech in front of everybody. I make appointments and she'll say that tech is full And it's almost every time. And her response would be; You can still come in, all her techs are good. As a manager it just upsets me How she treats her techs.. It's very unfortunate but I do not see these two wonderful techs sticking around long

I have had the same nail tech for almost 10 years. I actually followed my tech to this salon a few years ago. (AND it is not in the town I live in.)I have never liked the salon much because it is not clean at all.The pedicure tubs seem clean and the nail tools/utensils seemed clean. But the hand washing area needs a good scrubbing as do the floors, and behind the pedicure chairs, the floor fan is extremely dusty, and even the walls need to be cleaned.I would try to overlook those things because this is where my tech was.Anyway... the owner, "Rose" has never been friendly - ever.
