First time here to pull a wisdom tooth. All the staff were very polite!, made you feel comfortable! Also Dr.Zin was very professional,accurate, and very polite. The extraction was quick and no pain. I recommend MFDO to anyone.
During the actual appointment, it was great. 5 stars, but after I setup my appointment and showed up for it, you couldn't find my appointment and I had to go away and setup another one. That cost me $28 for the UBER ride. Seemed unprofessional, then you changed my appointment time twice.
This visit was my first visit at this dental office and it was Outstanding!! They made me feel so welcomed and the technician that cleaned my teeth (Chantilly?) was so kind and explained everything along the way that she was doing. Tony was great with taking the pictures of my mouth! I appreciate Dr. Ross understanding that I have some medical issues I am dealing with and understood that I was not ready to talk about treatment plans today but I will be in the near future. I am not one for writing reviews but I felt I needed to write this one because of the great experience!
