My refrigerator/freezer was acting up - freezer working and refrigerator getting warm. I did some self repair by installing a new fan that cools the refrigerator section. Was concerned that other problems still existed. Kurt at Felix Appliance Repair responded to our call for help. He was quick and efficient in understanding the issue, did a diagnostic on the control panel to see what errors would show up, and then reset the refrigerator to its factory settings.
