I used Cleverland Plumbing for a hot water heater replacement due to old one failing had minor water damage to my garage...I called 2 other plumbers and they quoted me between $5900 and $6300..00 Nafiz and Cleverland plumbing did the job for less than half that Plus he placed the water heater on a temp stand and did temp plumbing until the drywall damage was completed and then reinstalled it in the original spot!!!! None of the other companys even offered to do this!!!! I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!!! 5 stars+ all the way I have a new plumber now Plus I live in Goodyear which is 56 miles away!!!!!!😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
