I love having a local utility co-op!
Fast cusomter service, low rates that don't constantly go up, great local programs.
Excited for Fiber internet to go in so I can keep more of my spending local.
You know in this day and age everything is expensive especially utilities. This has been a rough summer and I called to get an extension and I had the most pleasant experience with their customer service. A lot of times these Google reviews are misleading everyone I've ever dealt with at trico has always been accommodating. Thank you for the personal service and always a good experience when needing a little bit of help stretching out that dreaded $300 plus summer bill
I want to give a huge shout-out to Erika, the receptionist at Trico Electric. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure everything was handled. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares, and Erika definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, Erika — you made my day so much easier!
