Their office could use little improvement as far as communication. But the techs and doctors here are amazing!! I totally trust their doctors. My family and I will continue this clinic for most of our vet needs.
My dog was a patient of another vet but yesterday had a medical emergency (on a Sunday) and Dove Mtn Vet was kind enough to get her in. My precious 9 year old golden retriever ended up having to be put down. Dove Mtn Vet got her in quickly, so that she was able to have the most dignified relief that I could have possibly asked for. My heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the compassionate staff and Dr. Laton for helping make someone who had never been there before feel taken care of. They were respectful, efficient, and compassionate. We have taken our pets here for about seven years now, and every type of visit has been wonderful.
Unfortunately we just had to take our pup Jenna in this morning for her final visit, and the staff was nothing short of amazing. They explained every bit of the process, and made one of the most difficult days of my life just a little easier. They were kind, caring, compassionate, and that is everything you want in a veterinarian. They helped us give Jenna a better, healthier life, and helped on the hardest day.
