Cares Home Services Corp is a local Veteran owned and operated business providing quality Air Conditioning & Heating services with guaranteed HVAC repairs and HVAC system replacements. Reviews describe the company as hands down the best HVAC company in Marana, with incredibly responsive and genuinely knowledgeable staff. Customers report very personable technicians who came out late on a weekend night, with an emergency fee that was very reasonable and no up sell. One reviewer called towards the end of the day when the AC stopped working, and the technician kept his word and showed up. After multiple issues and components were changed out, the issue still persisted, and the technician immediately went to get more supplies and came back at 8pm to correct the issue. Another customer was selling their home and had 3 no call no shows for their HVAC, but this company inspected the A/C and had the sellers report ready in a day, saving them over 3k dollars. One technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, arriving on time and working efficiently. The company truly cares for their customers.

Yesterday, our AC stopped working, and as a single mom with two little ones, I immediately went into panic mode. In this Arizona heat, going without AC isn’t just uncomfortable—it’s scary.
I first called two other companies, including Parker & Sons. They had me waiting for hours, saying they be on their way. Only to eventually tell me they couldn’t service my home because of my tile roof. I was so frustrated that they didn’t tell me that when they scheduled me as it was very hot and getting late.
