Excellent job, great customer service, and timely repair. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating was they did not offer a military discount (not even on veterans day weekend).
Very good job on my Insurance Covered Body repair and replacement with excellent paint matching. As a special mention Estimator /Service Contact person Jessica Stockburger was excellent at communication and getting extra service I requested outside insurance covered repair done at a great price. Would highly recommend service here.
Jessica started with the estimate. She was very informative and spoke in terms that a novice good understand. Jessica let me know when the car was ready an did a final inspection with me. She is a fantastic çustomer service representative an I will recommend her to anyone that uses Caliber.
