I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision from drop-off to pick-up. The customer service was amazing, and the team was super communicative the entire time, even during the busy holiday season. 2007 camry had frontbumper damage, we used CC for replacement and vehicle body damage. The employees were nice. They took the time to explained things. So Customer has understanding toward the process and normal expectations
You can’t go wrong with Caliber. I definitely recommend them for all collision repair requirements. The provided Excellent and frequent updates to myself and the insurance adjuster - saving me from having to try and keep wondering about the progress being made on the actual repair.
