Brittany did a full consultation and listened to my past treatments, hair concerns, cuts and likes / dislikes overall. I never felt rushed or that she was genuinely trying to do what she wanted. In the end I loved my hair. It was exactly what I asked for with my cut and the color came out gorgeous. She also recommended a K18 treatment and immediately saw and felt a huge difference. She provided recommendations and was extremely informative on my hair type and scientific reasons (she wasn’t just selling a product name). I can’t wait to go back for freshen ups! It was a terrific first appointment.
