I went for the 1st time 2 weeks ago and had made an appointment. I showed up and waited about 15 minutes, which was no problem. One of the guys did my pedicure and I loved it! He then started my nails but stopped when another appointment came in and so I waited about 20 minutes until someone else came to finish my nails. It was a little frustrating that he didn’t finish what he started but I left happy and thought maybe they were just understaffed. I then went 11 days later as a walk in to get a fill and I had no wait, yay!! I had the best pedicure (#2) experience the other day. The leg massage was awesome. I'm recovering from knee surgery and three days later my leg is still feeling great. My technician was Heidi, she also did a great job on my hard gel manicure. Heidi, you rock.
