The owners, Cole and Summer, were great! I highly recommend this company when you are looking for flooring! The berber carpet I ordered came in defective from the manufacturer and the owners instantly got on the phone and had the problem corrected immediately. They understood and were very caring about my dilemma of just buying my home and needing my furniture to be delivered. You can tell how good a company is by how they handle a problem. They kept me updated with delivery information and had their carpet installers ready to go as soon as the carpet came in. The installers did a fantastic job. The service was impeccable from beginning to end.
I highly recommend this company if you are looking for flooring. I had a fully tiled house demo'd and replaced with vinyl wood plank and carpet. Mark and Connie were a pleasure to work with. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to start much sooner than expected with a demo in week 1 and finished by end of week 2! The floors look amazing! They are reliable, fair priced and did a great job! Thank you to both of you and your installers!
