Reviews
I had a lot of work done with the Thompson Family Plumbing & Drain LHC, a couple of weeks ago. When I called with all my plumbing issues they put me on their agenda in 2 days at 6:00 am! Which was great & fast (I did let them know it wasn’t an emergency that needed to be done that day). Eden & Joe were great, very professional, thorough & both were very nice! They repiped my whole house, plus fixing the different leaks & running water from the bathtub & outside spigot… They explained everything thing that they were doing so I knew exactly what to expect! My house is 50 years old & they updated all the pipes, leaks & other plumbing problems! They also cleaned up after each project! The Thompson Family Plumbing is great company to hire!
Once again, I called Thompson Family Plumbing for service. I have been using this company for approximately the last 8 years. Today Dean was my technician. Dean arrived on time, dressed professionally and ready to work. Dean went to work installing my expansion tank on my water heater. I chose to purchase the family plan which included a 65 point inspection, maintenance on my water heater, flush of the water heater, camera inspection of my septic lines and written estimates for any issues found. Dean was professional and knowledgeable and explained every step and sent me videos of the camera inspection.
Once again, I could not be happier with Thompson Family Plumbing They will continue to be my go to plumbing company.
