We hired this company after talking to them on Facebook and then booking a consultation. My first impression was that they really cared about their company. I say this because they were running about 10 minutes late for our consultation and called to make sure I was aware of this small delay. I thought this was beyond professional and appreciated the gesture. We walked the entire property, went over all of the things we wanted done, and they gave us a reasonable quote and said they would call on Monday to set up the actual appointment.
