Sunshine Air Conditioning was called by Republic Home Warranty to repair our unit. Starting with Amy who called to schedule, and Laurie who I additionally spoke with and finally Foster who made the repair. They were all fantastic!! Foster called me when he completed the repair to let me know what had been done. Then I rec'd another call from Amy to confirm the work had been completed. They have excellent customer service and technical service. I highly recommend for all your air conditioning needs.
Matt, Billy and John from Sunshine air were here yesterday to do a complete new A/C install. Despite starting later than they had planned ( due to truck issues) they completed the whole job in one day. All three guys were extremely courteous and took extra care to minimize any mess, by laying down drop cloths etc. We are very happy with the customer service we received from this company...starting with Amy, who called ahead to remind us of appointment and called the day of the install to let us know there were truck issues so they were running about 30 minutes late. Exemplary customer service! Kudos to you all and thank you for a job well done.
