We had an issue coming home from work at 2:30 AM when we walked into the house to find a waterfall coming from our ceiling. It took us four calls to various plumbers around town to find one that would not only answer the phone, but actually come out. They came out, they were great, and they had the affected pipe replaced, and the debris cleaned up in less than an hour. As of almost three weeks later, one of the other companies that had been contacted hasn't even returned the initial voice mails.
