What a great experience working with Sandcastle Pools ! We had several bids but after meeting with their Sales Rep Greg, it was a no brainer for us. Greg’s vision and follow thru was exceptional, providing a stress free and positive experience with our first pool. As this is our vacation home, we were were not able to be there to keep an eye on everything but Greg kept us up to date and guided us through the entire process, from design to color choices!. You can not go wrong with Sandcastle Pools. Great showroom and entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. What was even better, Sandcastle finished our pool ahead of schedule!
Just as the 2-year warranty struck, our polymeric sand decided it needed a makeover. Enter Steve and his crew, who responded quickly to save the day. Their speedy response and top-notch work have not gone unnoticed. If you’re in the hunt for a pool company that won’t leave you high and dry, Sandcastle Pools is the real deal.
