I had another company come out that put in my air-conditioning in 2019 seems I’ve had nothing but trouble every time I called them. I felt like I was bothering them. I went to google and Samons was one of companies that came up. I felt confident about all the reviews so I called the girl on the phone was very pleasant to talk to and sent somebody out that next morning! Ruben came out and he was such a great professional guy to work with he was very detailed and fixed my problem and air has been working great ever since!

I`m in the service industry and I will say Robbie exceeded my expectations of a Service Tech. Robbie showed up and jumped into action, He was professional, Experienced, and thorough. He solved my AC Unit not working within 30 minutes. I spent over what I was comfortable with to replace my entire AC System a year or so ago. Now, I understand its also about the service you receive after the System is replaced. It wasn`t anything to do with the AC Unit I had replaced, it was a slow draining Condensation Line that shut my Unit down.
