This is a good outfit. Their technical knowledge is top tier.
And they don't pressure.
But as with so many things today, the rubber meets the road when service AFTER the sale is called for. Long story short, I had to slightly move my r.o. unit at the one year mark and lo and
behold, without so much as a whimper, not to mention no charge beyond the normal visit charge to change filters and service the unit,they accommodated us. Greg went above and beyond to work with me to get 'er done; and very patient he was. He also arrived right on time. Plus he answered my accumulated questions re the new softener, and made helpful usage instructions.

It’s great to have locally owned businesses who specialize in honest and reliable service. The pricing and customer care is excellent and the billing is easy. We’ve been with PBJ for over a year and highly recommend. Again, this is a locally owned business unlike the corporate run water filtered operations in Havasu that do not have your best interests at heart. Highly recommend!
We just used them for our 3rd annual service on our RO kitchen water set up! Tammy is super nice on the phones! This time we got Kaiden for our service! He was PROMPT, nice, friendly, hard working, patient with explaining the valves & cylinders, was careful with our granite & cabinets, and cleaned everything when done! We loved Kaiden! Awesome! PBJ is very dependable!!!
