I called PBJ a month ago as I was in need of some RO filters. At that time stock was not available and the products they ordered were back-ordered. Spoke with Ryan yesterday and he was more than accommodating. He had a service tech come by to check my system and provide any service I might need. The tech (Andrew) did a quick test of the water and explained what I need. BTW: Andrew is very professional and has great customer relations. PBJ is definitely a 5 star company.
