I have never received a reply to my request for services. I sent an email asking a question and never received a reply back. I guess they don't do business taxes or handle business accounts. I'm still in search of someone to do our personal and business taxes.
I had a limited time to figure out how to file the taxes on the estate I am the executor for. I came in from out of state and didn't know what I didn't know. They were very professional and accommodating, and I left with a clear picture of what needed to happen and how it was going to be taken care of. They were definitely worth the trip, and I plan on using them again in the future.
