While visiting Lake Havasu City, I dropped a new pair of glasses and one of the lens popped out of the frame. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and asked if someone could help me put the lens back into the frame. The staff were friendly and helpful and got the lens back in and didn’t charge me!
Great customer service. I love my new glasses & sun glasses 🤓! The Dr is very nice & calm, helps ease some of the nerves. The staff is friendly, patient & they have a good sense of humor! It's the 2nd time I've gone to them for my optical needs! I went in on a Thursday, & got both pairs of glasses the following Wednesday! Not even a full week. I highly recommend them, & I will keep going to them as my eyesight changes.
I bought new glasses out of state when I got back to Havasu I realized they kept sliding down.I called Nationwide vision and spoke with Donna.I explained about my glasses and she said come right in and she would fix them.When I got there I was greeted by Kai with a big smile,Donna came right over to me and fixed my glasses at no charge.Highly recommend going there.
