My wife and I were looking for someone to build our "forever" home in Lake Havasu. We did research on different contractors that built homes that matched the style and layout we were looking for. After tons of research, we discovered Moran Az Homes.We reached out to Jovian Moran who was eager to work with us on building our dream home. After taking us to several locations demonstrating what they were currently building, we decided to sit down with the Moran Team and design the home we wanted. We knew we needed an RV garage when we retired here. We called 3-4 contractors. When Jose came out, he showed up on time and listened to our needs and wants. We heard horror stories with the permit process but working with Jose and the city it was not a problem. Construction started and t was smooth sailing. When we had a concern it was addressed immediately. We did not have many at all. Construction was finished ahead of schedule and it is perfect. His crews showed up as scheduled and on time. They were polite and made sure we know what was happening.
