We rant a trailer from your company for the first time. for 5 night, we paid $1250 and the condition of the trailer was very bad. All the experience was disappointing. First the rv was dirty , It was hair in the shower drainage and was rust on the walls and on the curtain stick ,also in the refrigerator!!! Everything was disgusting! And we use to take a shower in others showers. The AC stop to work every night (We turn it on just when we go to sleep on 75 F as you ask) my husband needs to wake up every night from sleeping and deal with the AC . The window net in the room was no connected so we have to put something that should block the Flys. Even if is trailer from 2020 people pay for you money to be there doring a trip you can have better mantinance ( and this is after the office say that every winter the trailers go to renovation) Really not recommended also the costumer service is bad. Didn't contact with me since i emailed and when I called the supervisor is in vacation and the answer from the rep is "we don't do refund" Really not recommended and all mr friend will know about your bed service. Same on you!
