U P D A T E : Good Morning 🙂 On August 20, I had "HOPEFULLY" my last cigarette, only because I went into the hospital, cause I was having trouble breathing. Not being able to get your breath, is very, scary. I was told I had COPD Exacerbation. I was there for a few days, and we were talking about sending me home. But around 4am , was trying to get up, and BAMM, the worst pain of my life, across my chest. A pain, I would not wish on anyone, including, my (lol) my 1st husband. Anyways, I was having a heart attack. So, I was transferred to another hospital. where I spent several days getting myself better, with the help of a lot of people ❤ Havasu Reginal Hospital & Staff, were fantastic ❤. I cannot give enough praise to this place, and these people. But they got me on the road to recovery 🙂 Yesterday, at 1pm I was released, and was sent home. NOW, I am having to learn how to do other things. I have always been a person who would not ask for help. I would, should take care of things myself. So now I am finding out, I do not know how to really ask for help. Not even from family. But, I do know how to say THANK YOU! And I want to say thank you to EVERYONE, who thought of me, sent prayers, and well wishes. This meant so much to me. Thank You, Thank You. Thank you
