I love the Great Clips app that lets you sign in before arrival, gives you an approximate wait time, and notifies you when you turn is getting close. I have a couple stylists that I prefer but every stylist goes above and beyond to understand what style you want and does everything possible to provide you with a positive experience.
Lacey does an amazing job! Everytime I’ve gone in for a haircut she takes her time, engages in conversation and makes every visit easy! I always come to see her to cut my hair and will continue the retention! 10/10 recommend to see her
