Definitely recommend this place! We made an appointment to have our RV awning adjusted and repaired. Dropped it off in the morning, Had it back before noon the same day. This is the only place I’ve ever been where they actually schedule appointments and keep them! We will be back for other repairs. Thank you guys!
I wanna say a huge thanks to First Class RV. My husband drove an hour to get there by closing time yesterday and barely made it only to find out they had the wrong part. They could have easily apologized and sent him on his way but instead they stayed late after closing time on a Friday and went and pulled the needed part out of another trailer to make sure we were comfortable this coming weekend for our trip. My husband talked about how amazing they were all night and I know from here on out we will always go to them for any trailer needs. We will also be referring them to any of our friends. Great customer service is tough to come by these days and First Class RV set the Gold Standard yesterday! Thank you all so much!!
