NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY - Refused to exchange 2 boxes of Glue Down LVP for Clickable LVP. Purchased from store 6/4/26 called first thing following Monday and they refused to help us out. Sorry Cash and Carry and hung up the phone

I had carpet replaced in my condo and am very pleased with the quality of the product and professionalism of the installers and staff. I will call them in the future for my flooring needs.

Amazingly poor customer service! We shopped for carpet and chose Cary’s based on price and time in business. Huge mistake! Getting info at the showroom was like pulling teeth. We scheduled Chris to measure for an estimate. No one at the office would produce a total yardage number when requested. Also, they never informed us that they needed a deposit to order and no one called back after several emails and calls, so no carpet got ordered as we waited for an installation date! Avoid and go elsewhere.
