Joanna is the best stylist in the saloon. Did a perm and cut. Looks wonderful. Prices are reasonable. They do need a receptionist. One that would take on not only answering phones, make appointments and greet guests but would help keep the salon cleaner.

Their Manager has kept the staff at part-time ever since last year when they were closed down for months during the initial Covid outbreak. There's no reason for this other than their corporate demanding to keep wages down at the expense of profits. It makes no financial sense. They have lots of walk-in customers who walk off after a long wait. This isn't the staff's fault but Management's! The Hair dressers are great and the price is excellent for a haircut but somewhat high for a color. Be prepared to wait and get constant interruptions as the hairdressers are required to answer phones and help walk-in's while cutting your hair. They do not hire a receptionist. Ok so I'm not big on haircuts, but I was very pleased with Jo Anna. She eased my anxiety and didn't do anything I didn't want her to do. She is absolutely amazing and very professional. She doesn't run away with her scissors but takes care in every cut. If you need a cut or a trim, Jo Anna is your girl. She will make you beautiful :)
