Josh was very professional and accurately diagnosed our problem as a failed grounding issue. He was able to trace the circuits to a grounding block found behind the circuit breaker panel. Josh added a new grounding wire to the circuit, and, like magic, all of our malfunctioning systems sprung to life. This included our bedroom slide out, Happy Jack bed lowering, interior ceiling lights, and more. We could not be more pleased with Josh’s performance in solving our problems. In getting my RV ready for the season, I discovered I had a slow dripping leak from my black water tank. I could tell it was the flexible rubber fitting. The technician that came out agreed. Once we located the parts, the repair was done quickly. The price was more than fair. I'd highly recommend if you need a repair.
