I recently called Waste Management regarding a $13.50 invoice I received, and the customer service I experienced was outstanding. The lady I first spoke with was amazing — she quickly took care of the bill and made the process very easy. She also transferred me to another gentleman to discuss the significant rate increases I’ve experienced over time.
He was extremely helpful, worked with me to get my bill lowered back down, and gave me clear steps moving forward. I truly appreciated the patience, professionalism, and genuine customer service I received from both representatives.

I moved to AZ from CA 11 years ago, the difference in disposal service is amazing. AZ WM is a better service by far, no comparison. Believe it or not, it's a big deal to me because I was up to paying over $100.00 in CA and 1/2 the time they would refuse to dump my container because they had gone through it and found I had put grass clippings in it. That was NOT ALLOWED! I am not making that up.Service: Trash removal & disposal
My garbage gets picked up at a consistent time on the scheduled days. Can't ask for anything more! They even give you a video of your garbage being dumped into the truck - pretty cool.
