So Kenny made suggestions to ensure that the siding would be stabilized. As things progressed, both he and I found either hidden issues or there were things I wanted done that I hadn't though about. He opened another invoice to keep track of the new items that he hadn't bid on. He and his crew came and worked diligently. If they found a problem, they would bring it to my attention so I could make a decision on whether to proceed with the new work.
