They charge 25.00 for a 6 dollar part, but when it comes to adjusting the bill due to work not being able to be completed, they refund the cost price only. Not happy with service received.Office informed me today they are no longer doing residential work which is probably a good thing.

Very happy. I scheduled 2 appts with them, one each at separate properties. He was early for both appts. At the first appt I had the wrong toilet. I went to find the right toilet and called the office. He came right back. And the work was great.

I had a leak in one of my pipes in my master bathroom below the slab. They ran new lines and solved the problem. The owner was personally involved. He was a nice guy. The employees were also nice guys. I would definitely recommend using them if you have issues or need some work done.
