Let me start by telling you for context that I have been an esthetician and instructor for 14yrs. Because of that I am insanely picky with who and what touches my face. I started going to Zeta because they began to carry Osmosis skincare and its the only thing I will use on my face. I have CONTINUED to go to Zeta because of their Esthetician Sara! You can teach someone movements and product knowledge but it takes a certain soul to truly be an amazing Esthetician. She embodies everything spa. Her touch and intention is so pure and soothing. I had my very first appointment at Zeta's hair salon and was scheduled with Olivia- I could not be more pleased! After being disappointed by my hair dying experience the last several times (which left me with a lot of damage and really uneven color) It was so nice to encounter a stylist that was so attentive and dedicated to making sure I felt good when I walked out. I left with beautiful rich color and a healthy hair cut. i loved EVERYTHING about my trip to zeta's. olivia was kind and easy to talk to; it's really nice when your stylist shares your enthusiasm. she fixed my botched box bleach beautifully and made the most incredible vibrant colors for my split dye. other customers were just as excited about my hair; it was such a welcoming environment. would absolutely recommend 10/10 ✨
