About a year ago I was having some terrible allergy symptoms and suspected it was due to a really bad rodent (mice) infestation in our attic. Julio came out, quickly found the access points and closed them up. He then worked hard to get us as quickly as possible on the schedule for an attic clean out, sanitation and new insulation. Once the new insulation was in my allergy symptoms cleared right up. All along the way Julio was a pleasure to work with - very professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator.
