Our technician (JIMMY) was a very friendly individual who gave us an entire explanation of what he was doing. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. His work was professional his attitude and demeanor were great. Great job, Jimmy!! A+
Jimmy Alvarez continues to shine with Truly Nolan as my home's Green Valley service technician! Jimmy approaches his work with diligence, and takes personal pride in his work. I'm a fan of Truly Nolan because I'm a fan of Jimmy Alvarez. If all of Truly Nolan's service technicians perform their work as well as Jimmy, the company has nowhere to go but up!
Jimmy Alvarez and Isaac Lara, the two Truly Nolen technicians who performed a rodent exclusion and removal service at my home in Southern Arizona, were first rate. They were prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kept me informed at every step of the process. They created an exclusion plan and stuck with it, plus they returned to the crawl space in the ceiling days later to check sticky traps to insure no rodents “were left behind”. I couldn’t be happier with their work.
