A friend told me to give this place a try and I’m so glad I took her word for it! This place was so welcoming and didn’t make me feel like I was a stranger for being a newbie. I definitely recommend Studio One Eleven if you’re looking for something more inviting!
I had a great experience with Kristin; she is an excellent instructor who picked up where a PT left off - far exceeded the goals set by PT. After six months she continued to work with me remotely from another state - very professional, patient and encouraging. I look forward to picking back up in the studio again at the end of the summer. THANK YOU! I also had an excellent experience with Shadif and Carla.
Kristin provides a very nice combination of stretching and core work. Her experience as a professional trainer helps you get a balance for your workout. She has a great attitude and is fun to work with! She is able to modify a workout to work on specific issues or to change the intensity. I highly recommend her!
