The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and they are friendly and compassionate, taking time to listen to the patients. The nurse practitioner, Aileen Robitaille, and her staff do a great all-around job. The doctors are very experienced and friendly, making patients feel calm and heard. Overall, the practice is highly recommended for its skilled and caring staff, who work to address patients' skin concerns and provide effective solutions.
My appt was right on time, which I appreciate! Cynthia is great, so friendly and explains everything as she goes. Stephanie was very helpful and friendly too. A very comfortable, quick visit...they make getting the important annual skin check easy to accomplish! Thanks Specialists in Dermatology!!
Aileen R was very knowledgeable & compassionate, she explained as she examined me what each--we called them age spots when I was a kid--thing on my skin was about, even the ones I hadn't noticed, & assured me that they were all benign. She was very good about listening to my concerns about a couple of spots I'd been worried were melanoma but had since gone away, & explained that they were a type of bruise that appears when you reach 70. She could rattle off the Latin names for what I had but also explained them in easy-to-understand layperson English worhout me having to ask. I've had to visit Specialist in Dermatology several times. They've always been friendly, knowledgeable, quick, easy to into and truly great. I'd recommend them to anyone.
