I'm new to Green Valley and saw the great reviews for Sparkle. I can see why. I received a very nice welcome upon my arrival and the attendant was very attentive and asked specifically how I wanted my items pressed. She advised me my items would be ready on Monday (it was Saturday when I went in). I received a text that my items were ready on Monday. When I arrived on Saturday to pick them up, another enthusiastic greeting was given. My clothes looked great and the price was very reasonable. I'm happy with the service here and will absolutely be back. Thanks Sparkle!
I brought in a new travel bag that needed a snap, they sent it to Tucson. I then received a call from the Tucson location asking if it would be OK to replace the other snap so they would match, I thought that was very thoughtful of them and was extremely happy with the finished product .Service: Alterations
I went to then to have a heavily worn woolen trenchcoat and light jacket cleaned, as well as getting my wife's wedding dress cleaned for storage. Their turnaround time, quality of work, and cost were all better than expected. Great experience, I will be using them again.
