A few days before Christmas, my husband booted up his laptop only to hear "Your computer has been locked. Call this # for help." or words to that effect. We are in the throes of moving and Bob had MANY things that needed access to his laptop. We called LJE Computers after a Google search showed they were open and located in Green Valley, and Len called back in minutes, from his car. In a calm, soothing voice, he explained precisely how to handle it and walked Bob through the process, which took several minutes and worked like a charm. When we asked how to pay him for his help, he said "Well, this is a $50 service, but I missed your birthday this year, so Merry Christmas!" Of course, we had never known each other before!
