1-star rating based on pricing, time and customer service. We took our labradoodle there for the first today, 4/8/22, to try a new local groomer. Our pup gets groomed every 8 weeks (every other month for 6 times a year min). Lisa quoted no more than $70 telephonically; 25-lb pup. When he got there for his 10:30a app., she said he was matted and that would cost a matting fee. Lisa then quoted at least $85 based on the condition of his coat. I interpreted that to mean an additional $15 matting fee and accepted the new quote. Took my dog for grooming yesterday to Lisa's Pet Grooming. What a horrible experience!!! I have never encountered any individual that was so rude. I shudder to think what treatment my dog received after Lisa was nasty and rude to both my pet and myself. Lisa told me to take my dog home and teach her some manners, she couldn't stand it listening to my 11 month old puppy barking. Thanks much, but I will never expose my dog to such an environment!!!!

I have been using Lisa's Pet Salon for many years now and have never been more satisfied and happy with each and every groom. Not to mention how happy my pet is being there with lisa and the other pets. They have a blast and play all day.
